Volunteering at OlyMAP

OlyMAP does unique and necessary work that centers the voices of unhoused and marginalized peoples, challenges systems of oppression, and builds bridges between housed and unhoused community members. Participating in our mission as a volunteer is a great way to support your neighbors, gain skills, and be a contribute to positive change.

 

Volunteers work alongside our staff to assist with direct outreach, supply distribution, basic office tasks, community canvasing and engagement, donation management, and many other crucial duties that support our participants. Outside of direct work, volunteers may also contribute by preparing food, engaging with our laundry program, or offering specialized labor such as maintenance or technical support.

Volunteering is an option whether you have a lot of time to gift consistently, or only a few hours once in a while. Furthermore, volunteering places you right in the heart of the social work mission of our agency. Please complete the volunteer application below and select your areas of interest.
